I contacted RBHM mid-week as no water and boiler needed to be replaced ASAP. By Friday I had a new boiler. Engineer did a fantastic job. Turned up on time and work was finished within a few hours. I also received two other quotes for the work and RBHM were the most competitive. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with a speedy and efficient installation of a new Viessman boiler. Our heating engineer Henry was a great ambassador for RBHM. He carried out a very comprehensive job removing an old boiler and replacing it with a new one and the same location. The new flue was at a different height to the original but Henry made a very good job of bricking up the old circular hole such that it is barely noticeable. Without being prompted he consistently removed his work shoes every time he needed to go around the house and cleared up well when the job was complete. Great job thanks!

Excellent service for an elderly family member on Christmas Eve. The team acted really fast. The 2 fitters were clean and tidy (George and Henry?). The team acted HO really kicked into action on 23rd December to have boiler fitted on 24th. Very competitively priced as well. Definitely would recommend you use RBHM Ltd.

All completed within one day by three professional, efficient and friendly engineers. Kieron, Malcolm and Justin worked well together to get things done. Henry and Kieran arrived exactly at 8am and have done an amazing job installing my new boiler. So polite, informative, tidy and hard working. Did a full day's work with a quick break waiting for roofer to arrive. Amazing service we now have a new boiler and the hive to play with. They were very good in showing me how the new boiler worked and setting up the hive on my phone. Great guys would reccomend. Left place tidy and kept checking we had no questions before they left. It’s been ~ 1 month since our new boiler was installed and I cannot recommend this company enough. First of all, the ease of communication through what’s app was simply convenient and quick. Matt caught me first thing in the morning which made the paperwork processes super quick and easy. Matt was also kind to fit in an installation on Saturday for us because we had no heating or hot water at all. On the day of the installation, Henry arrived on time and installed our new boiler within the said timeframe. Henry was fantastic! He waited to test the heating after the installation and demonstrated how everything works before leaving. The reason why I delayed the review is because my friends have had unsuccessful installations where their new boiler stopped working after a week or so. Well, you don’t have to worry about it with RMBH. Look no further - RMBH is the best! Thank you Matt, Henry and Colin.

Ok it’s a long one. Stick with me! I NEVER leave reviews but this one is worth it! Henry, George and Phil- heroes! Please don’t hesitate to use this company. Brilliant. From my initial enquiry to quote… which took me months(! ) there was no hassle, no badgering for the business. The man who came to asses knew the business. Confident, knowledgeable and personable.The quote was with me within the hour. Thank you (Matt?). I’d been putting off getting a boiler for 7 months refusing to fork out so much money when there are so many other jobs that need doing in the house. Finance and date agreed, Henry showed up as planned. He got on with the job with no sharp intakes of breath telling me about the problems or moaning, despite living in a house that Jack built ,where everything goes wrong. Then at the last minute, the problem arose. I was devastated that I’d have to spend more money that I could ill afford. Phil to the rescue! Henry called Phil and he came up with one last idea- which worked! I just can’t fault them! Thank you thank you. Wish you provided all services- electrics, decorating, building and gardening! Don’t bother with THE uk gas company , was very unhappy with them hence going with RBHM. Just fantastic.

John arrived exactly at 8am and has done an amazing job installing my new boiler. So polite, informative, tidy and hard working. Just done a full day's work and did not stop for a break. Literally had drinks on the go. Amazing service from the start from the home quote to me now having a nice shiny new boiler and the hive to play with. John also was very informative showing me how the new boiler worked and operating the hive from my phone. Great guy and a great company. Great service from RBHM and Shane who replaced some pipes and added chemical cleaner to improve the flow of our 30 year old central heating system. He called back a week later to flush the system and change 4 very old thermostatic radiator valves. Shane was very efficient and did an excellent job.

Boiler & cylinder replacement. Started work at 8:15 and removed old equipment, making way for new. All completed same day as promised. All goods delivered on time. All installed tested etc. Ben & Luke, a slick team, no flooding, no leaks, very happy not to have found fault. Whole operation from quote to extended warranty etc., very professional, would be happy to recommend.

I called at 8.30am and by 11.30 the same day an engineer came out to take a look to replace a boiler. By 2.30 the same day we had a quote and an installation date for 6 days later. The install was completed and we are very happy with the service we received from this company. We would highly recommend them.

RBHM installed a new boiler for us on 14/08/2024 & repaired our immersion heater at the same time. During the installation, they found our hot water cylinder was holed, & within an hour had got a new cylinder & installed that as well! The 2 guys (Shane & Luke) completed the work - including the unscheduled new cylinder - within one day & left our airing cupboard & area, clean & tidy. They were a pleasure to deal with, professional & friendly. 100% to RBHM for a competitively-priced and eficient installation, and great after-sales follow up.

Henry came and did my job, which was to remove a radiator and replace a towel rail in the downstairs toilet. Also had the radiator system flushed and when finished, an inhibitor to ensure no rust in the system. Henry was friendly, happy to answer questions and spent the time to ensure everything was working fine before he left. Henry did a great job! Thank you to RBHM and Henry for job well done. :)

I have recently had a boiler conversion job completed by RBHM. Shane and Henry arrived promptly and worked tirelessly to complete the job as per the requests made. I discovered RBHM through a google search and online quote and found them to be very competitive. Contacted them for clarification of a few items and to see what payment options where available as we were in a difficult financial situation. Not only do they offer all sorts of payment options to suit most needs, they were very helpful and explained everything in detail. The free survey was also brillaint. The guy who came was friendly, polite and checked absolutely everything that could affect our new boiler, also to the point of giving us advice on our choice, to ensure it suited our needs, budget and would LAST. Installation was booked within a reasonable time frame, although as our current boiler was faulty and we had been without hot water for one week RBHM contacted me, as an opportunity for a sooner installation date had arisen. While I understand this is rare and we were very lucky i wanted to mention it here as it proves they will do all they can to help our their customers. All staff I spoke to were polite, informatrive and helpful, and the out of hours support offered too was incredibly useful. The installer was hard working, tidy and ensured I was happy with the work he had done (new pipework required etc) and they took the old boiler away. Would highly recommend!

I had to buy a a new boiler at short notice after my old one was deemed beyond repair. RBHM were efficient and friendly, the prices were competitive, and they fitted the new boiler in a few days. They also provided interest free finance. Even when there were some teething problems a chap came bac out to fix them, and even set the timer for my boiler for me, which I had never got around to doing. I would certainly use them again.

RBHM replaced our boiler and connected a HIVE smart system to control it. Yes they came across a few installation problems but OMG they were first class in sorting it out.
