I have not experienced such a good service for many years. 1 week after ordering, my new boiler is up and running. The engineer was extremely polite and efficient and explained everything very clearly. All old pipes were on the opposite side to the new boiler but this did not phase him and he just got on with it. The cost was not the main thing but that was also very good compared to many others i looked into. I would strongly recommend RBHM to my friends and family.

Despite me missing my original appointment Sophie's schedule was moved around to fit me in. It was a difficult job removing a 3 way mixer tap that was leaking and installing a new one. She did a brilliant job and left the kitchen nice and tidy and even took away the old tap for me. Sophie is a really friendly personable individual and an extremely competent plumber who dealt with the problems encountered without any drama - an absolute gem!! We've just had a new boiler, three radiators fitted, pipes for a new shower, Hive system and a power flush done over a period of three days by RBHM Ltd. The whole process from survey, the quote, any communication right through to completion of installation has all been plain sailing! Everything from this Company has been extremely efficient: sending out a surveyor twice as we made changes and wanted reassurance we would be getting what we paid for, a detailed and accurate quote of what we asked for and a seamless installation. Ryan who did all the work for us was brilliant. I had been dreading installing a new boiler but RBHM couldn't have made the process any easier. Initial contact was smooth and an appointment was made very quickly. My replacement wasn't like for like, so the job was a bit more complicated as the location of the boiler was moved. Luke and Mark were superb, they got on with the job professionally and efficiently and were very polite and punctual. I got in contact with RBHM so i could leave feedback, they're really not pushy at all with things like that and I wasn't pressured into booking a job. Their quote was £1,000 less that another quote I got and their 0% finance set up was key for me too. I would highly recommend!!! Excellent service. Thanks! Best shower I've had in years ;)

Contacted RBHM in May who sent a surveyor to inspect the property and advise on the best boiler option to go for. The surveyor was thorough and checked everything from the attic where the water tanks were situated to the pressure and flow of water coming into the property. Following which the best option was discussed and agreed upon. Soon after a date was booked for installation which had to be rescheduled on the day the works were to start, with no fuss or problems another date was booked. Nigel and Chris turned up on time every day for 3 to 4 days. Complete installation of the boiler, cyclinder and water softener system without any problems. Even went to the trouble of helping with a few extra problems which wasn't even discussed. Great lads, polite, helpful and informative. Definitely recommend them if you're wanting a new boiler. They only supply top brands boilers and work neatly and cleanly. Thanks very much RBHM.
