Thanks to rbhm team Arrived 8 am and work complete by 4 30 with new viessman boiler up and running I did have to have issue with a three way valve but this was replaced on another visit the house is lovely and warm and with lots of hot water very pleased with new heating system and have recommended rbhm to colleague who is having installed 13 th December Cheers

A very professional company. Got a lot of information about my options, the survey engineer came (x2) and the quote followed efficiently. The work was carried out by Henry and Tom and was completed in the time allocated. The work to replace the boiler, the hot water tank and radiators to convert to a mains pressured system were all done whilst keeping the areas clean and tidy. Highly recommend them. A couple of teething issues which I'm sure RBHM will resolve for me.

I contacted RBHM via their inquiry sheet on a Sunday and within minutes they responded. They had someone come around to me the next day and by that evening I had a quote. The work was booked in very quickly. When the Engineer turned up on the day of insulation, he was on time and very polite. He kept me informed of any problems, even though I was a work so he phone me and at one point we were even speaking via my daughter face time. They have supplied all the warranties, manuals etc. I was recommend to use them by a family member and would recommend them to anyone.

My old Worcestor combi 24i boiler (16 years old) was giving me problems with the vessel and heat exchanger. Contacted several Boiler repair companies as I thought its time to replace. I did get a much cheaper quote rom a well known online only business and decided to go with them intially. However they soon started messing me around with installation dates plus as I had a Soft Water System they failed to tell me that this would need to be bypassed which would negate the purpose of having the water softner. I contacted RBHM who promptly came out and gave a quote (Colin), who advised due to water softner to opt for a Viessman rather then a Worcestor (Viessman have steel heat exchangers vs a Worcester which has aluminium). Mathew from RBHM gave me a date and they stuck to it, if I had any questions they were quick to respond. The paperwork was seemless and come installation date Ryan was very professional, tidy. (If you ever get Ryan to fit your boiler he likes Heart 80's Radio and a cup of tea). It has been justover 3 weeks since I had my boiler replaced by RBHM and so far I am pleased with the quality of the boiler and installation.

Great boiler installation. Explained how to use it and how to use the new thermostat system. Have nothing but confidence that it will work efficiently. He even tested our carbon monoxide alarms for us as the old boiler was installed incorrectly and could have been leaking toxic gases into the home. Will be using Rbhm for all our servicing and will be recommending to anyone who needs help with their boiler. So much more professional than British Gas 👏👏

Henry and crew installed all new pipework, radiators, a Viessmann boiler and unvented 300 litre cylinder. They were courteous, diligent and overcame technical difficulties and communicated effectively the whole way through the job. If you take their maintenance plan RBHM offer a 12 year warranty on Viessmann products. They used 22mm pipe for the heating so the flow to the radiators is great and the hot water pressure is superb too.

I needed Boiler replacement and an Engineer was sent over for a quick assessment as per my availability and a very reasonable quote with multiple options was provided thereafter promptly. Really pleased with the communication and arranging the appointment for boiler replacement. Whole process was very transparent. What a great service. I had two highly skilled, hard working men to take out existing gas fired hot air heating system and replace with conventional boiler with radiators. This was during hot weather over 30degrees and goodness knows what temperature it was in the attic! Still they kept smiling and did the job in 4 days. Easy company to deal with, got a great deal on a viessmann 30kw boiler £2,300, buy and fitting including vat. probably the best boiler on the market. From buying to fitting was so easy. Rbhm turned up on time and date requested 6 hours to remove old boiler and replace with new one. 10 years guarantee, 12 if I ask them to service it every year, cracking deal. From the survey to the installation, removal of the old conventional boiler and fitting the new Combi boiler, the service, professionalism and expert knowledge of the RBHM team, was excellent. I was impressed that the RBHM team prepared a design for the install that was configured for my requirements and not what was easiest for them. The install was challenging but the team completed the work in 3 days, were good company, got on with the challenge, kept me informed at every stage and even left the house tidier than they found it. The RBHM team were head and shoulders above any of the other companies I contacted, in terms of their professionalism, communication, prompt turnaround and service even responding to emails and questions late at night and at the weekend. A year on, I am delighted with the install of the new Combi boiler, especially the instant hot water and how warm the house was throughout the winter. Recommending RHBM is easy, because it was 10 out of 10 from the initial contact to the final tidy up. Highly recommend.

From making an initial enquiry to Viessmann who put forward RBHM Ltd as an improved installer, to getting a quote from Matt, to having a site inspection from Richard and then having the actual installation done by Henry and Aaron the whole process was quick and efficient and sorted in 11 days from the day my old boiler broke down. Henry and Aaron were great on the installation, protection was put down on the carpets and they cleaned up well after the work was completed. There were a couple of issues that needed resolving about the installation and they worked well with me to come up with the best solutions. I would have no problem in recommending RBHM for a new boiler installation to anyone in the future.

Highly recommend!! Luke and Shane did a fantastic job installing a new boiler and pipes. Extremely knowledgeable of what they were doing and they got it done in no time with no fuss. Will definitely be using them all the time going forward. Thanks again!!

We had low water pressure and whilst I wanted Thames Water to check the pressure from the street I also suspected that the older Megaflow cylinder may need replacing. RBHM came and took a look and there was no hard sell. In fact they almost tried to talk me out of replacing the cylinder. But once Thames Water had exhausted their plan I had no hesitation in choosing RBHM to replace the Megaflow. Their pricing was better and the service was excellent. Paul installed in 8 hours and did a great job from start to finish. I will now only use RBHM for any plumbing related or heating service and repairs. Highly recommended.

Excellent service provided by this company. Because my existing boiler was over 20 years old, the pipework was no longer adequate so needed to be replaced. Phil the installer did a fantastic job of rerouting the pipework with minimal disruption. The boiler itself is quiet and will hopefully be more energy efficient than the old one. I contacted RBHM for a new boiler quotation and someone was sent to us (in Reading) and explained everything and tested our water pressure to make sure we could get what we wanted, the price was what we expected and it included the removal of our old back boiler from behind the chimney and tanks in the loft. We were offered 3 different choices and went for the best in my vue with the Worcester Bosh 36cdi compact. Paul and Ben were very professional and Paul (the team leader) was so experienced in the main installation that we had no worries. I definitely recommend those guys for a job well-done.

I chose RBHM over some more local firms (and the anonymous internet options) and very pleased I did. Firstly, Matt, who performed an onsite survey to compile a quote, did a more thorough job than others who surveyed - including checking water flow rate and gas pipe diameters. Then, he followed up with patience and professionalism as I explored different boiler options with him. I received good impartial advice which ensured I was well informed and happy with the choice and recommendation. (The price beating the competition also helped). On install day Ryan turned up on schedule and jumped right into the job, including replacing some pre-existing spaghetti pipework. All aspects of the install were tested fully, I was kept informed and involved as needed during the install, and he left the kitchen tidier than it was before he arrived. In the end you wouldn't have known someone had just spent half a day replacing my boiler. What could have been a stressful experience was hassle free and I would wholeheartedly recommend RBHM on the basis of my experience.
