Complaints Procedure for RBHM limited.
Complaints will be managed by the complaints department team via shared spreadsheet.
Customers can contact RBHM limited to make complaints via Phone, email, post and through our website, if the orders are not up to the quality standards or not happy with our service or you like to put your suggestions.
We will respond to your complaint in writing or by phone followed up by writing within 48 hours and aim to resolve any cases within a maximum of a 28 day period.
