RBHM replaced our boiler and connected a HIVE smart system to control it. Yes they came across a few installation problems but OMG they were first class in sorting it out. Coming out over the weekend to make sure we had heating and water. Our next project is to replace our upstairs radiators and yes we’ll be using RBHM. RBHM Ltd was the best choice by far, buying my new boiler. From the first minute they were more than happy helping me to choose the boiler that would be best for my house. And when we faced a potential problem with the installation they went above and beyond to find the proper and most economical solution possible, unlike some other companies I had quotes from. Installation took place 3 days after the order, the installer Tom was very quick and efficient and left my house clean and tidy.I must not forget to mention that I got 0% finance and 10 years warranty which was very helpful on choosing the best quality boiler.

Fantastic company. Easy to get a quote, even for me, (not being very computer savvy). Competitive price, was able to trade in old boiler for £400! We paid half upfront and the rest on interest free credit, so we were able to manage our finances better. We had an appointment the following week for new boiler. Rbhm Installed a new central heating system on my house in the UK. I currently live 5000 miles away, so the whole process could have been extremely stressful. It wasn't - they did exactly what they said they'd do, for the price they quoted, and also sorted some additional carpet refitting issues at the end. Communication was quick, by phone and WhatsApp. All in all a fantastic, straightforward experience - would recommend to anyone.

From the initial quote to fitting RBHM were great. Matt contacted us early on to discuss the options available and offer his advice. The main reason that we went with RBHM was the fact that they were recommended to us by Viessmann who supplied the boiler. We now have a very efficient boiler with a 12 year guarantee. Thank you

I asked for finance as this is a lot of money all at once on a pension. They didn’t send me the finance contract to fill in. I was cold and wanted heat so I paid the deposit and now they are taking the full amount from my credit card. The admin doesn’t tally up with the instillation experience. However Superb instillation service. Henry was a delight and very efficient and friendly. He cleaned up after fitting the boiler and took all the old parts away. The roofers were quick and efficient. The two boiler fitters arrived at 8:15am and were finished by 1:15pm now I have a lovely cosy house again. Would definitely recommend the company but check the admin.

This company provides an excellent installation and after sales service. I can confirm this as RBHM have installed new Which recommended boilers in my propertie.

Best firm I’ve used. Boiler broke over the Christmas period and after absurd quotes from several other companies I stumbled upon these lads. Service was fantastic, rapid, trustworthy and top quality. Went above and beyond to fit my boiler. Not to mention they left the house tidier than when they turned up!

Whole process from initial contact to final installation was quick and easy. Sales, Survey and Installation teams were very knowledgeable and professional. The installation team in particular did a fantastic job of relocating the boiler position from the kitchen to the loft which involved a fair bit of problem solving to move both the heating and gas supply pipework. The two guys turned up at 8am as promised. They laid protective to keep the carpets clean. The boiler was installed by 4pm and all necessary checks were carried out to ensure it is working correctly. A very good day's work.

Efficient and professional service.

RBHM have recently installed a new Viessman Vitodens 100-W domestic boiler for us. We also chose to replace the pump and room thermostat. So far, so good. Everything is working fine and efficiently. The Engineers were very good, competent and respected our property with dust sheets etc. Very Satisfied.

Thanks to rbhm team Arrived 8 am and work complete by 4 30 with new viessman boiler up and running I did have to have issue with a three way valve but this was replaced on another visit the house is lovely and warm and with lots of hot water very pleased with new heating system and have recommended rbhm to colleague who is having installed 13 th December Cheers

A very professional company. Got a lot of information about my options, the survey engineer came (x2) and the quote followed efficiently. The work was carried out by Henry and Tom and was completed in the time allocated. The work to replace the boiler, the hot water tank and radiators to convert to a mains pressured system were all done whilst keeping the areas clean and tidy. Highly recommend them. A couple of teething issues which I'm sure RBHM will resolve for me.

Recently had a new boiler installed by RBHM and very impressed by the professionalism and level of service they provided. All the team were great but a big thank you to Ryan for all his hard work and Paul for his great aftersales service. I'd be happy to use RBHM again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them based on my experience.

I contacted RBHM via their inquiry sheet on a Sunday and within minutes they responded. They had someone come around to me the next day and by that evening I had a quote. The work was booked in very quickly. When the Engineer turned up on the day of insulation, he was on time and very polite. He kept me informed of any problems, even though I was a work so he phone me and at one point we were even speaking via my daughter face time. They have supplied all the warranties, manuals etc. I was recommend to use them by a family member and would recommend them to anyone.

Great service and clear efficient installation

My old Worcestor combi 24i boiler (16 years old) was giving me problems with the vessel and heat exchanger. Contacted several Boiler repair companies as I thought its time to replace. I did get a much cheaper quote rom a well known online only business and decided to go with them intially. However they soon started messing me around with installation dates plus as I had a Soft Water System they failed to tell me that this would need to be bypassed which would negate the purpose of having the water softner. I contacted RBHM who promptly came out and gave a quote (Colin), who advised due to water softner to opt for a Viessman rather then a Worcestor (Viessman have steel heat exchangers vs a Worcester which has aluminium). Mathew from RBHM gave me a date and they stuck to it, if I had any questions they were quick to respond. The paperwork was seemless and come installation date Ryan was very professional, tidy. (If you ever get Ryan to fit your boiler he likes Heart 80's Radio and a cup of tea). It has been justover 3 weeks since I had my boiler replaced by RBHM and so far I am pleased with the quality of the boiler and installation.

Our boiler installation had some initial problems with the hot water but these were soon resolved by Paul after a couple of return visits, I was pleased to feel supported by the staff in the office when things weren't quite right. These guys won't let you down they keep returning until everything is working to your satisfaction. A special thanks to Paul and Phil in the office for the reassurance that our initial problems would be resolved, they are as good as their word. Thank you.

Great boiler installation. Explained how to use it and how to use the new thermostat system. Have nothing but confidence that it will work efficiently. He even tested our carbon monoxide alarms for us as the old boiler was installed incorrectly and could have been leaking toxic gases into the home. Will be using Rbhm for all our servicing and will be recommending to anyone who needs help with their boiler. So much more professional than British Gas 👏👏

Henry and crew installed all new pipework, radiators, a Viessmann boiler and unvented 300 litre cylinder. They were courteous, diligent and overcame technical difficulties and communicated effectively the whole way through the job. If you take their maintenance plan RBHM offer a 12 year warranty on Viessmann products. They used 22mm pipe for the heating so the flow to the radiators is great and the hot water pressure is superb too.

Just had my boiler updated to a combi boiler the 2 guys we had were on time both days friendly and very tidy. Done a great job of the install and kept me updated though the day how they were getting on Will deff be using to service my boiler ona years time. Best of all were alot cheaper then other quotes and the work done looks great thanks again

Our ancient central heating system had been playing up repeatedly. How lucky we were to find RBHM Ltd to resolve all issues! Henry and Luke arrived promptly to install a new boiler, controls and rectify all the faults in the old system. So happy to have found this very competent company. I needed Boiler replacement and an Engineer was sent over for a quick assessment as per my availability and a very reasonable quote with multiple options was provided thereafter promptly. Really pleased with the communication and arranging the appointment for boiler replacement. Whole process was very transparent. On the day of appointment, a very professional engineer carried out the work and kept me informed on anything i needed to know and how each instrument was going to function. Also informed me about the after care along with their contact details, in i case i need them in future. Very pleased with the overall service and their professionalism in getting the job done. We had excellent service from RBHM. From the quote to installation everything was very efficient and excellent value. Ryan completed the installation and did a first class job. All in all very impressive.

What a great service. I had two highly skilled, hard working men to take out existing gas fired hot air heating system and replace with conventional boiler with radiators. This was during hot weather over 30degrees and goodness knows what temperature it was in the attic! Still they kept smiling and did the job in 4 days. Very tidy, cleaning up after themselves as they went along. All this and better price than two other quotes! I’m really pleased 😁

We recently had a new boiler, hot water tank, controls and valves fitted by RBHM. Whole process was worry free. Surveyors answered all our questions. Price was very excellent. Special mention to the fitters Malcom and John. They were both extremely helpful, professional and very tidy. Nothing was too much for them. All in all a very good experience.

Excellent service from start to finish. My hot water system is complicated and also has difficult access issues but from the quotation inspection through to the installation these guys were knowledgeable and offered practical solutions. Highly recommend.
