I was extremely impressed with the removal of my old boiler and heating system which was replaced with a combi boiler. All completed within one day by three professional, efficient and friendly engineers. Kieron, Malcolm and Justin worked well together to get things done. Reasonable price and I love my new Hive system!! Highly recommended.

Right from the start, dealing with RBHM has been first class. Emails and queries were answered quickly. They were knowledgeable and well organised, quoting and explaining were hassle free and easy to understand. Having had no hot water or heating for a week, John & Will came and rescued us from our freezing home! They were lovely to have in the house, friendly and well organised, they were even great to our annoying whippet Daryl! Henry and Kieran arrived exactly at 8am and have done an amazing job installing my new boiler. So polite, informative, tidy and hard working. Did a full day's work with a quick break waiting for roofer to arrive. Amazing service we now have a new boiler and the hive to play with. They were very good in showing me how the new boiler worked and setting up the hive on my phone. Great guys would reccomend. Left place tidy and kept checking we had no questions before they left. It’s been ~ 1 month since our new boiler was installed and I cannot recommend this company enough. First of all, the ease of communication through what’s app was simply convenient and quick. Matt caught me first thing in the morning which made the paperwork processes super quick and easy. Matt was also kind to fit in an installation on Saturday for us because we had no heating or hot water at all. On the day of the installation, Henry arrived on time and installed our new boiler within the said timeframe. Henry was fantastic! He waited to test the heating after the installation and demonstrated how everything works before leaving. The reason why I delayed the review is because my friends have had unsuccessful installations where their new boiler stopped working after a week or so. Well, you don’t have to worry about it with RMBH. Look no further - RMBH is the best! Thank you Matt, Henry and Colin.

Ok it’s a long one. Stick with me! I NEVER leave reviews but this one is worth it! Henry, George and Phil- heroes! Please don’t hesitate to use this company. Brilliant. From my initial enquiry to quote… which took me months(! ) there was no hassle, no badgering for the business. The man who came to asses knew the business. Confident, knowledgeable and personable.The quote was with me within the hour. Thank you (Matt?). I’d been putting off getting a boiler for 7 months refusing to fork out so much money when there are so many other jobs that need doing in the house. Finance and date agreed, Henry showed up as planned. He got on with the job with no sharp intakes of breath telling me about the problems or moaning, despite living in a house that Jack built ,where everything goes wrong. Then at the last minute, the problem arose. I was devastated that I’d have to spend more money that I could ill afford. Phil to the rescue! Henry called Phil and he came up with one last idea- which worked! I just can’t fault them! Thank you thank you. Wish you provided all services- electrics, decorating, building and gardening! Don’t bother with THE uk gas company , was very unhappy with them hence going with RBHM. Just fantastic.

John arrived exactly at 8am and has done an amazing job installing my new boiler. So polite, informative, tidy and hard working. Just done a full day's work and did not stop for a break. Literally had drinks on the go. Amazing service from the start from the home quote to me now having a nice shiny new boiler and the hive to play with. John also was very informative showing me how the new boiler worked and operating the hive from my phone. Great guy and a great company. Also was 1k cheaper than a competitor quote so really glad I found this company within Longacres. 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Great service from RBHM and Shane who replaced some pipes and added chemical cleaner to improve the flow of our 30 year old central heating system. He called back a week later to flush the system and change 4 very old thermostatic radiator valves. Shane was very efficient and did an excellent job.

Boiler & cylinder replacement. Started work at 8:15 and removed old equipment, making way for new. All completed same day as promised. All goods delivered on time. All installed tested etc. Ben & Luke, a slick team, no flooding, no leaks, very happy not to have found fault. Whole operation from quote to extended warranty etc., very professional, would be happy to recommend.

I called at 8.30am and by 11.30 the same day an engineer came out to take a look to replace a boiler. By 2.30 the same day we had a quote and an installation date for 6 days later. The install was completed and we are very happy with the service we received from this company. We would highly recommend them.

RBHM installed a new boiler for us on 14/08/2024 & repaired our immersion heater at the same time. During the installation, they found our hot water cylinder was holed, & within an hour had got a new cylinder & installed that as well! The 2 guys (Shane & Luke) completed the work - including the unscheduled new cylinder - within one day & left our airing cupboard & area, clean & tidy. They were a pleasure to deal with, professional & friendly. 100% to RBHM for a competitively-priced and eficient installation, and great after-sales follow up.

Henry came and did my job, which was to remove a radiator and replace a towel rail in the downstairs toilet. Also had the radiator system flushed and when finished, an inhibitor to ensure no rust in the system. Henry was friendly, happy to answer questions and spent the time to ensure everything was working fine before he left. Henry did a great job! Thank you to RBHM and Henry for job well done. :)

First class job all done in one day by shane including moving flu from back of house to side and bricking up hole. Left job clean and tidy nothing to much trouble will recommend to friends and neighbours.

I have recently had a boiler conversion job completed by RBHM. Shane and Henry arrived promptly and worked tirelessly to complete the job as per the requests made. Shane was here the full two days and his knowledge base of heating systems and workmanship was excellent! Communications with the office through Matthew and the survey by Richard were also superb! They run a company the way so few do in this day and age - properly! Highly recommend!!

I discovered RBHM through a google search and online quote and found them to be very competitive. Contacted them for clarification of a few items and to see what payment options where available as we were in a difficult financial situation. Not only do they offer all sorts of payment options to suit most needs, they were very helpful and explained everything in detail. The free survey was also brillaint. The guy who came was friendly, polite and checked absolutely everything that could affect our new boiler, also to the point of giving us advice on our choice, to ensure it suited our needs, budget and would LAST. Installation was booked within a reasonable time frame, although as our current boiler was faulty and we had been without hot water for one week RBHM contacted me, as an opportunity for a sooner installation date had arisen. While I understand this is rare and we were very lucky i wanted to mention it here as it proves they will do all they can to help our their customers. All staff I spoke to were polite, informatrive and helpful, and the out of hours support offered too was incredibly useful. The installer was hard working, tidy and ensured I was happy with the work he had done (new pipework required etc) and they took the old boiler away. Would highly recommend!

Replaced the boiler, hot water cylinder, pump, valve and radiators, well organised from quote to completion, engineers were nice guys, polite and professional, when some of the radiators were delayed delivery RBHM sorted out alternative delivery, the company took care of it and solved the issue keeping me informed throughout. Would recommend and use them again.

I had to buy a a new boiler at short notice after my old one was deemed beyond repair. RBHM were efficient and friendly, the prices were competitive, and they fitted the new boiler in a few days. They also provided interest free finance. Even when there were some teething problems a chap came bac out to fix them, and even set the timer for my boiler for me, which I had never got around to doing. I would certainly use them again.

This was a good experience from beginning to end. A very competitive price. Colin, the Surveyor listened to us and came up with a brilliant solution as to how the boiler could be installed in the loft with minimuim fuss. The fitters, Henry and Luke, deserve a pay increase. They worked hard and tidy.

Great team at RBHM having a recent service after they commissioned a brand new Viessmann boiler a few years ago. Fast and efficient for the service. Not perfect on timing in the day (I thought 8:30, called to check later and told mid morning, chap arrived 9:30 ish). But otherwise ace..

My son recommended RBHM he was very impressed with their work so he advised me to use them. I was very pleased with the standard of work, they were clean and tidy and pleasant to have around. What a great company. Installed my central heating system and they are my ‘dial a dude to fix stuff’ company. Friendly to communicate with them and the staff are lovely when you meet them. What’s not to like?

I needed a replacement boiler and after comparing prices I was contacted by Matt at RBHM. He quickly organised a site visit and identified exactly what I required. In less than a week the installation was completed by Henry who was polite, respectful and efficient. The whole process has been well communicated, stress free and for a change these days the customer was not having to chase the contractor. RBHM replaced our boiler and connected a HIVE smart system to control it. Yes they came across a few installation problems but OMG they were first class in sorting it out. Coming out over the weekend to make sure we had heating and water. Our next project is to replace our upstairs radiators and yes we’ll be using RBHM. RBHM Ltd was the best choice by far, buying my new boiler. From the first minute they were more than happy helping me to choose the boiler that would be best for my house. And when we faced a potential problem with the installation they went above and beyond to find the proper and most economical solution possible, unlike some other companies I had quotes from. Installation took place 3 days after the order, the installer Tom was very quick and efficient and left my house clean and tidy.I must not forget to mention that I got 0% finance and 10 years warranty which was very helpful on choosing the best quality boiler.

We paid half upfront and the rest on interest free credit, so we were able to manage our finances better. We had an appointment the following week for new boiler. Rbhm Installed a new central heating system on my house in the UK. I currently live 5000 miles away, so the whole process could have been extremely stressful. It wasn't - they did exactly what they said they'd do, for the price they quoted, and also sorted some additional carpet refitting issues at the end. Communication was quick, by phone and WhatsApp. All in all a fantastic, straightforward experience - would recommend to anyone.

From the initial quote to fitting RBHM were great. Matt contacted us early on to discuss the options available and offer his advice. I asked for finance as this is a lot of money all at once on a pension. They didn’t send me the finance contract to fill in. I was cold and wanted heat so I paid the deposit and now they are taking the full amount from my credit card. The admin doesn’t tally up with the instillation experience. However Superb instillation service. Henry was a delight and very efficient and friendly. He cleaned up after fitting the boiler and took all the old parts away. The roofers were quick and efficient. The two boiler fitters arrived at 8:15am and were finished by 1:15pm now I have a lovely cosy house again. Would definitely recommend the company but check the admin.

Best firm I’ve used. Boiler broke over the Christmas period and after absurd quotes from several other companies I stumbled upon these lads. Service was fantastic, rapid, trustworthy and top quality. Whole process from initial contact to final installation was quick and easy. Sales, Survey and Installation teams were very knowledgeable and professional. The two guys turned up at 8am as promised. They laid protective to keep the carpets clean. The boiler was installed by 4pm and all necessary checks were carried out to ensure it is working correctly. A very good day's work.
